The Modern Recordist Podcast EP: 018 – Why I do this, and how to deal with a lack of self worth – The 15 Minute Mixdown

On this edition of The 15 Minute Mixdown, I take a few minutes to discuss my motivation for the creation of this podcast, as well as my producing and recording work.

Listen now:

I’ve been getting a little positive feedback and encouragement about this podcast lately, and it got me reflecting on why I do this, what my artistic and life vision is, the benefits I get out of doing this type of work, and what I aim to accomplish for myself and others.

So I decided to turn it into a podcast episode, where I discuss each of these things, as well as some thoughts about how we can all become our best, living out our artistic visions.

Specifically, I decided to get vulnerable, and take a few minutes to talk about my struggle with low self worth, and what I have done to bring my lack of self worth to a more healthy place.

I used to think that my lack of self worth was an issue that I struggled with in isolation, being guarded and secretive about it. But as I’ve worked through this struggle, I’ve become aware that the issue of low self worth is not a unique one, and that it’s actually something that I have in common with many, many people.

I even suggest that lack of self worth just might be an issue that everyone on the planet struggles with.

So if you feel that you struggle with a lack of self worth, and that it holds you back from living out your artistic vision, what you want for you life, and what you know you could be, get in touch with me on my Contact Page and let’s talk.

I can share with you what I did to help me bring my self worth to a more healthy place, and make a recommendation for what can help you.
