Don’t try to conquer fear. Embrace fear. To eradicate fear from your life would be a mistake. Fear is something you need. It’s a compass. A guide. Fear is feedback. It gives you an indication of what action you need to take. To fight against fear is channeling a massive amount of energy in the wrong place.

Don’t spend energy trying to overcome your fears. Instead, face them. Scan through your life every day to see what you’re afraid of. Work to be afraid every day. Then, embrace fear, and leverage that energy into creating what you want. Because fear is powerful creative energy.

This is another powerful edition of The 15 Minute Mixdown. On this episode, I go solo for a few minutes to share some thoughts on what you can do to reframe how you think about fear, and leverage it into intense creative energy.

After listening, if you would like to follow up with me to get a suggestion on one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself in the area of self improvement and leveraging fear into a powerful force of creation in your life, get in touch with me over at my Contact Page.
